When you register for LINCspring or are added by an administrator, you will receive a confirmation email from Lia at LINCspring. Simply click the blue button in the email to confirm your account.

LINCspring is highly committed to maintaining privacy standards. It is standard practice for users to confirm software accounts when created to ensure authentic identity and acceptance of Terms of Use by the user.

LINCspring is purchased by organizations for professional development. If you work for an organization that has purchased LINCspring, you should get the access code from your supervisor. You can also contact support@lincspring.com.

Great! If you have an access code, you can use it by going to the signup page. You will then enter your information along with the code you have been provided.

You can reset your password by clicking on “Did you forget your password?” on the login page. Enter your email to receive a password reset email. You will then need to check your email for the link to set a new password. Quick tip…only do this once to avoid multiple links being sent.

Most users are in just one organization. If you think you are in the wrong organization or need access to additional organizations, please contact support@lincspring.com and LINC can help you get that fixed.

If you are set up as an administrator in LINCspring, you will find your organization’s data in the Organization tab and in the Coaching Dashboard tab on your menu. If you do not see these and need administrative access, please contact support@lincspring.com.

If you can no longer access LINCspring because your license has expired, please contact info@linclearning.com to reactivate it.

LINCspring content is organized in playlists of cycles. You can purchase different playlists when you set up your account. If you want access to more content, please email info@linclearning.com to explore adding new playlists.

If your organization has purchased LINCspring, check with your manager to get your access code. You can also email support@lincspring.com.

If you have already set up an account, you can go to app.lincspring.com and enter your username and the password you set when you created the account.

If you have not accessed LINCspring for the first time and you have to create your user account, you may use a code to set up your account. If you have already used a code to set it up, login using your email and password.

You can find cycles by searching keywords in the search bar in LINCspring. You can also explore by clicking common tags on the Cycles page. Another option is exploring the Playlist tab on the left in the purple section.
